Location is awesome, close to attractions. The game room needs better upkeep, many machines were out of order. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful, but cleanliness in the bathroom could improve.

The game room was a nice feature for the kids, really enjoyed that. The indoor pool was freezing and the towels were never stocked. Breakfast options were limited and often ran out. Rooms need more cleaning attention, there were some stains. not the worst stay, but improvements needed.

The view from the balcony is stunning. The staff tried to be friendly and Sammy at the front desk worked hard.

But everything else looked like it hadn't seen a cleaning in ages.

We checked in for our special anniversary, and it was a disaster. Our room wasn't ready, we were upgraded to a suite with a broken jacuzzi, and we had to endure cold showers. It was beyond frustrating!

The view from the third floor was stunning, and breakfast exceeded expectations with a variety of options. Staff were genuinely friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the room cleanliness was concerning; there were stains on the sheets and remnants from previous guests. The bathroom needed attention, as mold was visible and the vent was dirty. On the upside, the location was convenient, just moments from attractions. Despite the charm of historical furnishings, the management needs to step up housekeeping and maintenance for a truly great experience. It's a mixed bag, with potential to shine brighter.

The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable layout with two Queen beds. The temperature control was inconsistent; it struggled to maintain warmth throughout the night. Noise levels were moderate, with some disturbances from outside. The furnishings felt dated yet charming, contributing to a cozy atmosphere. Cleanliness varied, as some areas needed attention, particularly the bathrooms. Amenities included a refrigerator and microwave, but the coffee maker in the room didn't function properly. Fresh towels were provided regularly, although extra supplies were slow to arrive. The overall comfort of the beds was satisfactory, enhancing the restful quality of the stay.

The location is great, just a short drive to the national park. Rooms are spacious and have fridges and microwaves for quick meals.

It wasn't the cheapest place to stay, but for the quality, it was reasonable.

This hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk from numerous attractions like MagiQuest and Rowdy Bear Ridge Adventure Park which are both around 700 meters away making it easy to explore the area without needing to drive and there are plenty of delicious dining options nearby like Little Tokyo and Blue Moose Burgers & Wings just steps away so you can grab a bite without any hassle but the hotel itself could use some renovations to enhance the overall experience.

The room size was great and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to nearby attractions.

Cleanliness and maintenance seemed to be lacking. The rooms were outdated and dirty, with issues like broken chairs and lamps, as well as mold in the bathtub.

When we arrived at the Vista, I was immediately disappointed by a few things. The owner/manager charged me three different times for the room, which was a frustrating start to the stay. The air conditioner in the room was terrible and just couldn't cool the place down, making it quite uncomfortable. The bed linens were stained and the room overall felt dirty. The front desk staff were quite rude, even yelling at a child, which was very off-putting. The pool and common areas were filthy, with the outdoor pool having green slime on the walls and a musty smell. I did appreciate the convenient location of the Vista. Being close to where we wanted to be was definitely a plus. the negatives outweighed this benefit. The additional charge taken from my account without explanation or resolution was frustrating. The breakfast options were disappointing, with cold eggs and subpar sausage. the room itself was in need of maintenance. The heater was broken, leading to a chilly room. The shower had barely any water pressure, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in the upkeep of the property.

Dealing with management here is a lesson in frustration. My credit card was charged three times-nearly $1500, prompting my bank to suspect fraud. Communication was dismissive and condescending. It put me in a terrible bind, with no access to funds 500 miles from home. On the brighter side, the room was clean, the breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff was generally friendly. While the location was quite convenient with a solid breakfast spread, amenities needed attention-a broken ice machine and inconsistent hot water were significant drawbacks. Improvements are crucial. Clearer policies and better communication could enhance the experience. A hotel should feel like a sanctuary, not a headache.

The location near Island Drive is convenient for exploring Pigeon Forge, and having a balcony added a nice touch. the overall experience was marred by inconsistent service, cleanliness issues, and outdated facilities. If improvements are made, this place could be great.

Spread out at Comfort Suites Mountain Mile! Loved the free hot breakfast bar and the fitness center - truly felt the burn before indulging in Dolly's dinner show nearby!

Gym rat nightmares - slimy pools and no rescue from Ben Stiller nights.

The breakfast lady was nice and friendly.

Carpet was filthy and there was trash under the couch. The hot tub didn't work and check-in was a mess.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay with friends. Surprised by the room upgrade to 3 queen beds and a pull-out couch. Location was spot on, within walking distance to many attractions. Enjoyed the cleanliness upon arrival and the stunning view of the mountains.

Some rooms needed maintenance, such as bathroom doors and vanity. Limited toiletries and uncomfortable pillows.

We enjoyed a fantastic time riding the complimentary area shuttle to Dollywood, exploring the exciting activities. We also had a blast hiking in the nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

My wife says that more children's activities would be beneficial.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Titan Museum Attraction, and it did not disappoint. Additionally, the availability of ski equipment hire and a daily American breakfast at the hotel were pleasant surprises.

    Beyond nasty, with safety violations.
